Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) is an offspring of Critical Race Theory (CRT).  In the 1930s, Marxists created CRT to develop a conflict between Black and White people, to help Marxists subjugate nations, and to further the goal of Communists to conquer and subjugate the world’s masses.  DEI is a poison that attacks America’s traditional Equal Opportunity values; it poisons the heart and soul of the US Armed Forces---the Warrior Ethos.   Marxists used CRT to initiate class warfare and convince black people in the United States that all white people are oppressors and they have been teaching black people that “all” white people are determined to oppress them; it is reverse racism designed to oppress and control white people.

Obama engineered the selection of the first black Secretary of Defense General Lloyd J. Austin III, and the first black Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Charles Q. Brown, USAF.  Secretary Austin, then appointed Maj. Gen. Kevin Vereen, the first black Commander of the Army Recruiting Command, and General Gary Brito, the first black Commander of Army the Training and Doctrine Command.  Those four black General Officers were directed to indoctrinate all members of the US Armed Forces and the Cadets and Midshipmen at the five US Military Service Academies, in the Marxist created Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) policies. It has been very difficult on white military personnel, who haven’t been re-enlisting. 

Those four black General Officers created a military recruitment crisis that has crippled the United States defense capabilities, in their self-inflicted Woke racist policies to maximize diversity.  They casually accused white military personnel of being included with white supremacists.  Unfortunately, extremely well-trained and dedicated, white military personnel were among some of those accused of white supremacy and a number of them were removed them from key positions of leadership, and then were encouraged to leave the US Armed Forces, accusing military personnel of White Supremacists, without any proof, is in violation of US Federal Laws.  

Requiring all white military personnel to participate in anti-white racist DEI indoctrination sessions, with affirmative action quotas, and mandatory pronoun training continued to drive them out of the US Armed Fores.  Those DEI indoctrination sessions were supposed to open the door for minorities who were supposedly being “blocked” by the “whiteness” of the US military from joining up and serving, but the increased number of minorities hoped for never ended up enlisting.  Year after year, the US military was not able to recruit the required numbers of military personnel to join the new Woke Anti-white US military.  Between 2020 and 2024, White Army recruits from the Midwest, once the mainstay of recruits in the US Armed Forces for 75 years, fell from a bare majority of 56% to a minority at 44%.

The Impact of DEI on “Unit Cohesion”

DEI degrades military trust and confidence of the military personnel in their unit, in each other, and in the officers leading them.  DEI puts miliary personnel in identity groups based on sexual orientation, race, and ethnicity, pitting them as being oppressed by White people, who are the oppressors.  DEI gives certain groups special privileges for the sake of “Equity,” further increasing disunity.  DEI creates the type of distrust, disunity, division, and conflict in military units that never previously existed, making it exceedingly difficult for senior enlisted personnel and officers in charge of units to deal with complex conflicts daily. 

DEI has destroyed the “Unit Cohesion” that previously improved comradery in the US Military for over 200 years, and DEI has severely degraded the “Combat Effectiveness” of the US Armed Forces.  Officers of the US Armed Forces were unbiased and objective leaders without racial animus prior to the indoctrination of DEI by Obama; today DEI intentionally destroyed the perception by military personnel that officers were unbiased.  In the new Woke anti-White Racist US Military the Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the Commander of the Army Recruiting Command, and the Commander of the Army Training and Doctrine Command, who created the military recruitment crisis that has crippled the United States defense capabilities, destroyed the “Unit Cohesion” that once existed in the US Armed Forces. 

The Impact of DEI on Military Readiness

Marxists created DEI to develop racial conflict, and designed to divided people into different classes of individuals by gender, race, ethnicity, and sexual orientation---pitting all of them against white people, who the Marxists referred to as the oppressors of black people.  DEI indoctrination created a victimhood mentality among the different classes of individuals, who believed in their minds and convinced that they could justify the fact that they deserved special privileges.  Dividing people into different classes with special privileges, resulted in lower standards, because it got them to believe for the sake of “Equity” they deserved selective goals and selective quotas---giving them special privileges.  Equity as explained in DEI, will automatically result in “lower standards,” which then results in “lower performance” ---therefore inserting “Equity” policies in an organization will Degrade Military Readiness!

DEI indoctrination has had a negative impact on unity and teamwork.  It has a corrosive effect on the Warrior Ethos---the trust and confidence of unit personnel in each other in combat.  DEI has had a negative effect on the “One team one fight” battle motto, which required total trust and loyalty in the team, in a common mission, and in support of the mission’s leader.  For all the aforementioned reasons, DEI has a negative effect on Military Readiness.   Equity lowers performance standards, which lowers Military Readiness even further.  DEI ignores decades of battle history and meritocracy, and in the need to reward those who distinguish themselves by their outstanding performance on the field of combat. 

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) being indoctrinated into the minds of US Military personnel has the following effects.

        “Diversity” is the opposite of “Meritocracy” where the best of the group is recognized based on “Merit”, and by their outstanding performance.

        “Equity” degrades military readiness----it lowers standards, results in lower performance; the military should always strive to improve its performance.

        “Inclusion” is the opposite of “Equal Opportunity;” equal opportunity creates opportunity for “all to excel” which also raises performance standards.

Obama selected and directed the 4 black General Officers to indoctrinate DEI Marxist policies into the minds of all members of the US Armed Forces.  Because Obama has driven the Marxist-created DEI indoctrination into members of the US Armed Forces, it has created a serious leadership and control problems for US Military commanders in combat.  Obama set about to destroy the United States’ most highly skilled and most effective military combat force in the world.  The US does not have a recruitment crisis: it has a systemic anti-white Racism crisis.  This fact will be exceedingly clear after you read the below listed article, which describes that the Woke Anti-White Racist DEI policies that are being instilled into the US Armed Forces.

 The Real Goal of DEI is to Destroy the Country and Its Military. 

Why is it that only 13% of the U.S. population is black but the black 'Affirmative Action' Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Brown wants 43% of the pilots in the military to be black.  Folks, ask yourself, when is 'DEI' reverse racism against whites?  Answer: Today.  and this will NOT ever change!  Why, read on!

A 43% Drop in White Recruits Caused the self-inflected Woke US Military’s induced ‘Recruitment Crisis’

The real military recruitment crisis is DEI racist discrimination against all white people.

The military recruitment crisis that has crippled our defense capabilities has been talked to death by generals, politicians and pundits who have blamed everything from rising minimum wages to obesity to Gen Z culture for the problem. They have raised enlistment bonuses to unprecedented levels, spent fortunes on ad campaigns that feature lesbian weddings and doubled down on DEI as the answer to the crisis. And yet the crisis has grown worse.

That’s because recruitment was a self-inflicted problem caused by a woke racist military.   Between 2020 and 2024, white Army recruits, once the mainstay of he US Armed Forces for 75 years, fell from a bare majority of 56% to a minority at 44%.

This was not an unintended effect, but policy.

“We are an Army that wants to look like America,” Maj. Gen. Kevin Vereen, the “first black” head of Army Recruiting Command, had proclaimed.

General Gary Brito, the “first black” head of Army Training and Doctrine Command under whose purview recruiting falls, and the former deputy Army chief of staff for personnel, had boasted of Army “listening sessions” on racism, diversity and inclusion in order to maximize diversity.

Military brass had been tasked with creating a military that “looked more like America” and as a result the number of white Army recruits declined year by year and fell 43% from 44,042 in 2018 to 25,070 in 2023.

Black, Hispanic and other minority recruits became a majority, but there weren’t any more of them than there had been before. Minorities were joining the Army at the same rate as they had before, but with fewer white recruits they had become a majority by default.

Pushing white men away with the racist policies in DEI sessions, affirmative action quotas and mandatory pronoun training was supposed to open the door for minorities who were being ‘blocked’ by the ‘whiteness’ of the military from joining up and serving, but the minorities aren’t showing up.

Equity had created a recruitment crisis with a majority-minority enlistment population that looked good on paper, but without the white recruits, the Army experienced a shortfall of 10,000 recruits. Rather than growing the Army, the emphasis on DEI had shrunk it instead....

West Point was turning away even very well qualified white candidates while its Director of Admissions admitted that “every qualified African-American applicant were offered admission into West Point, yet the class composition goal was still lacking.” The goal was the United States Military Academy’s intensive quota system meant to cut 20% of white officers from the mix.

The US Military Academy has been sued by qualified white candidates, including a high school student with a 4.2 GPA, three family members currently serving in the military and a grandfather who fought in the Army on D-Day, who were kept out because their skin color was not diverse enough.

Beyond the Army, this was a problem that was taking place across the entire military.

The Senate foolishly voted to confirm General Charles Q. Brown Jr., USAF as Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. While serving as Air Force Chief of Staff, Brown had endorsed a 43% quota for white male officers at a time when 86% of pilots were white men. That’s how you get recruitment shortages....

The leaders who have made these decisions have blamed the crisis on everything except their racist policies. They claim that obesity, the job market, opioids and even an “underfunded public school system” are the reasons that recruits aren’t showing up. The real reason is their radical racism against Whites.

Their radical racism that violates US Federal Laws.

The recruitment crisis consists of the missing White men who aren’t enlisting in a racist US Military for duty.

The military doesn’t have a recruitment crisis: it has a systemic racism crisis.

Reversing the recruitment crisis requires getting rid of DEI that was designed to destroy the “Combat Effectiveness” of the US Armed Forces. Woke military leaders have claimed that they need DEI to prepare for the diverse recruits of tomorrow,... Ending “Woke Systemic Racism” in the US military will also end the recruitment crisis.
