The President of the United States is required by the US Constitution to enforce and abide by all federal laws. Unfortunately, once again, the current resident of the White House is violating federal law, this time with regard to enforcing the federal laws concerning illegal immigrants. When Congress did not do Obama’s bidding by providing amnesty for illegal immigrants, Obama simply bypassed them, and used another one of his 126 Executive Orders to accomplish de facto amnesty for illegal immigrants anyway; that Executive Order is effectively instituting the DREAM ACT that Obama couldn’t get through Congress. He has repeatedly abused the use of Executive Orders by issuing Executive Orders to get around the US Constitution (a sample of some of the Executive Orders are listed below; they should give every American pause, because there is no legitimate need for issuance of those Executive Orders). Since de facto amnesty will allow 3+ millions illegal immigrants, ages 16 to 30, to avoid deportation, an expert on federal law enforcement, who is also a writer/author for many Police and Security Magazines, expressed outrage in the below listed link.
Outrage! De facto amnesty for illegal aliens ordered by Obama - National Law Enforcement | Examiner.com
Since the Executive Order was signed by Obama, the Border Patrol has reported that they are having a very difficult time containing the massive influx of thousands of illegal immigrants, ages 16 to 30, who are trying to cross the borders to apply for de facto amnesty. Illegal aliens who entered the country under the age of 16 and those who are now less than 30 years of age will not be deported; they will receive works visas as well. The application procedure for de facto amnesty does not require proper documentation, just requires that the applicant “make a statement” that they attended high school; there is no burden for the alien to prove anything. The illegal action of offering de facto amnesty to 3+ million illegals by the Obama Administration was authorized just weeks before the November election, in order to appeal to Hispanic voters. It was done with complete disregard for how it is trashing apprehension procedures by Border Patrol Officers, immigration enforcement by CBP Federal Law Enforcement Officers, and is creating excessive workloads for ICE Officers. George McCubbin, president of the National Border Patrol Council Union, contends that orders, issued by the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, have made it impossible for Border Patrol Agents, CBP Federal Law Enforcement Officers, and ICE Officers to do their jobs.
The Executive Order providing de facto amnesty was executed, with disregard for 23 million unemployed Americans, the millions of recent high school graduates, and the millions of college graduates who will now have to compete for very scarce jobs with the 3+ million illegal immigrants, ages 16 top 30, who will be issued work visas by “just saying” they attended high school; they will be willing to work at much lower wages than America citizens. The illegal amnesty was also authorized at a time when the Border Patrol’s Stations inland along the southern border are being eliminated, when the borders are still not secure, and after the Secretary of DHS testified before Congress (in the below listed article), that terrorists are, in fact, crossing the border in the midst of the increasing flow of illegal immigrants who violate federal law by sneaking into the US. The above listed irresponsible Executive Order was perpetrated by the current resident of the White House, while the left of center liberal media establishment continues to anesthetize the public to the critical danger posed by allowing millions of illegal immigrants up to age 30 to effectively receive work visas by just making a statement, with no security checks/investigation. The Obama Administration was so determined to ram de facto amnesty down the throats of the American public, that 10 Agents of the US Border Patrol have sued DHS Secretary Janet Napolitano for forcing them to violate the federal laws they were sworn to uphold.
